Well established company is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join its team.  This is an excellent career opportunity!


*Answer incoming telephone calls using professional telephone etiquette.

*Screen calls, provide requested information, or redirect calls to ensure timely and proper communication.

*Coordinate applicant flow from the beginning to the end, following policies and procedures.

*Assist applicants with completing computer work, paperwork, and any other items necessary during the processing.

*Upload documents, enter contact notes, and process paperwork in employee files via operating system.

*Administer Drug Screening

*Maintain regular and punctual attendance.


*Excellent communication skills displaying professional etiquette both verbal and written.

*Excellent computer skills including MS Applications.  Testing may be required.

*Responds well to pressure and maintains positive demeanor while working with associates, staff, and clients.

*Is strategic in problem solving and decision-making.

*Provide valid drivers license and proof of insurance, as required.

*Prioritize tasks and is flexible to ever-changing demands.

Irene Robinson

Irene became a part of the AtWork team in 2004 as a Staffing Coordinator in the Duffield office, then progressed to Staffing Manager after obtaining her CSP certification. In 2006, she moved to the Abingdon office and was promoted to Branch Manager the following year. Prior to coming to AtWork, Irene worked in purchasing at Bush Industries for 14 years. She has an associate degree in business management and obtained her PHR Certification in January 2010.
