Job details and responsibilities for Accounting Manager | CPA:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Some Saturdays will be required.
- Pay rate $60-$70k.
- Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision and Term-Life Insurance.
- Paid weekly (Direct Deposit available).
- Prepare complicated tax returns.
- Provide quality tax planning to clients.
- Supervise staff in work to be performed and provide feedback to them regarding job performance and career growth.
Job requirements for Accounting Manager | CPA:
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity of accounting tasks, knowledge, auditing and/or tax. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and proficiency in use of computers, including accounting at tax software programs. Candidates must hold a current/valid CPA license and should be a member in good standing with the AICPA. A minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education is required each year. Professional dress attire is required.
