Water Heater Dispatcher
- To schedule water heater switch installations and other various maintenance as needed
- Route and dispatch technicians performing installation and maintenance
- Provide trouble shooting support for technicians
- Accurately manage installation information in necessary systems
- To work cohesively with other team members
Must be able to quickly and effectively assist customers and technicians concerning the details of the water heater program. Customer contact will be mostly by telephone but could include email and mail. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. This position will also require excellent initiative, time management, and documentation skills.
The dispatcher should have experience with the following applications and operating systems:
- MS Windows
- MS Outlook
- Common web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari
