Essential Duties and Responsibilites
Organize and maintain file systems, and file correspondence and other Records.
Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to the appropriate area or Person.
Conduct research, and compile and type statistical Reports.
Create copies of correspondence and other printed Materials.
Prepare outgoing Mail and correspondence, including email and faxes, as necessary.
Assist with Receptionist duties, as needed and/or requested.
Conduct/receive work-related phone calls, as appropriate.
Take on and complete approved projects, in a timely manner.
Run approved errands, as needed and/or requested.
Other duties may be assigned, as needed and/or requested, by: CFO, Regional Managers, Branch Manager, HR Director, Vice President or President.
